Code of Conduct
TechTrain festival is dedicated to providing a harassment-free festival experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of festival participants in any form. Offensive language or imagery is not appropriate for any festival venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Festival participants violating these rules may be expelled from the festival without a refund at the discretion of the festival organizers, unless otherwise stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact us via email, Telegram channel or personally at the venue by reaching any member of festival staff who can be identified by badges with a name “Organizer” on them.
We expect participants to follow these rules at festival and workshop venues and festival-related social events.
