Using the hybrid role of "Mixed QA" — a manual tester and automation tool

Description of the transition to automation from manual testing, driving factors and production demand. Difficulties in determining the path connected with studies and technologies, their solution, consequences of choice. Acquisition as a result of the merge of a manual tester and automated machine, examples of pros and cons. Using the role in practice and to whom it may be useful.

The purpose of the talk is to attract the manual testers to automation, to indicate merge as a separate demanded role with its aspects. Targeted audience: QA/QC engineers.
