From student craft to open-source code project. Embox experience

The talk is based on the private experience of the open-source code project development, Embox. The project started as an educational one in the development of the operational systems at the Department of System Programming at the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of St. Petersburg State University. Eventually, the project went beyond the educational one and began to develop as an open-source project, as a result, a full community appeared.

The talk is oriented towards developers that would like to participate in open-source movement, but are not involved for some reasons yet, especially it's true for students and young developers.
